Page 6 Polish Flint Preforms, Flintknapping Slabs.These are heat treated Polish flint preforms. Polish flint is getting harder to come. You will notice most of these preforms will have a test flake usually near the tip to yest the heat treatment.

This is a modern stone hoe that was knapped by yours truly on my YouTube channel from Buffalo River chert

These pink Novaculite heart shape preforms are available in two sizes

These are heat treated Novaculite preforms and are 5/16 to 3/8" thick and ready to knapp
