Callington Mill Apera Fusion Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky 700ml (ABV 46%)Apera Fusion is part of the "Leap of Faith" series. Initially aged in 20L Australian Apera casks. Then aged in 300L and 500L Apera casks from the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Double distilled in copper pot stills. This Single Malt Whisky offers enticing and juicy notes of mandarin and green apple that evolve into spearmint and honey, resulting in a rich copper glow.
